Donuts. Fried pieces of heaven. It can be a dessert, a snack, and, in some cultures, a main dish. different donut brands whip out their specialty donut flavors that will give them their own identity. Today, the world is filled with numerous varieties, from fried to baked, glazed to frosted, rings to filled, round to twisted. and of course, donut holes!

No Yeast and No-Knead Donuts

Kusina chef shows us how she does her donuts without yeast and kneading. She used evaporated milk, white vinegar, egg, vegetable oil, all-purpose flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt to form her donut base. For her glaze frosting, she mixed powdered sugar, milk or water (more thinner), vanilla/strawberry, cocoa powder(for chocolate), red food color (for pink coloring), and sprinkles (optional). Four Donut Flavors in One Cooking

Raketerang mommy teaches us how to save time and maximize our available resources by creating at least four donut flavors in one preparation. Her version requires flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, butter (melted), salt, vanilla, milk, white sugar, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. For the chocolate bars, you can use any brands, as long as they can be melted.

Cheese Donut Balls

Sarap channel shares the secret to a quick cheesy donut fix without the need for yeast. here are the ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, evaporated milk (or water), and oil. Choco Butternut

Barato blog channel reveals its recipe for the beloved choco butternut using only a few easy main ingredients — chocolate Fudgee Bar, orange food coloring (powder or liquid), desiccated coconut, white sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and cocoa powder (you can also use Milo). What’s terrific about this recipe is that there is no yeast and no baking required.

Milo Donut Balls

Lian Lim demonstrates how she came up with her Milo Donut Balls. For the donut base, she used all-purpose flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, egg, and fresh milk (or evaporated milk). For the chocolate sauce, she mixed flat Tops and fresh milk (or evaporated milk). and then she used Milo for toppings. You can check the measurement for each ingredient in the description box. Her recipe can make 15 pieces of donuts.

Custard cream Donuts

Neri’s kitchen shows off her custard cream donuts. The video starts with the preparation of the custard filling first, then the donut base follows best after. For the dough, the ingredients are egg, sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, water, salt, milk powder, and oil. Twisted Donuts

Twisted donuts are also called shakoy in the Philippines. In this video, Dancey Cake presents her no-yeast twisted donuts. The ingredients include eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, all-purpose flour, and milk. If the dough still sticks to your hand, she suggests adding flour until it doesn’t stick anymore. If the final dough mixture becomes dry, add milk. For the coating, you may use white sugar or powder sugar.
